Left a clock with them for repair 3 months ago. They are now struggling to find the clock and the communication with their agent at Morrison's in Heckmondwike are extremely poor. Furthermore, the number of the main branch is never picked up.It looks like they are only fit to replace watch straps.

DO NOT BUY from this shop after messing me around they have kept 200.00 of my money on deposit for a watcheven though the shop owner stated pay as much as you when you want shop owner never there and then my ticket was not returned by the guy with the beard...this has caused me not to get rhe 200.00 back after seeing the other reviews too make sure you stay well away...total con

A family member to a clock here to be repaired, they was told it will take 6 weeks it took longer then that and we was ringing to chase it up, the clock is now back but it does not work right, the clock has been back to this place again it is worse now then it ever was!!!Rubbish service

Very poor service anything more than a micky mouse watch take it to a reputable shop it's not worth the hassle

More than happy with Watchwise.Left 4 items of jewelry for repair and was highly delighted with the service I received.Would recommend using them for a professional repair service.

What an ignorant man. If they can't do a job, it's their fault. I hope you go out of business,you dont deserve to be trading.

If I could give no stars I would took a watch in for a battery they had the watch 3 weeks got I back damaged and still no battery fitted, none of the staff at the store in Morley could give a straight answer in the end had to go to Castleford because was tired of being fobed off. Shockingly bad service.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I took my watch into the morley branch in Leeds for a simple battery change. At this stage they managed to crack my screen and damage the hour and minute handles. It was then sent to this branch to repair and initially they had the audacity to try and charge me for the repair to the damage that had been caused. Anyway since then I have been told dates of repairs and to date this has not been done. When I tried to question when it would be ready they were very defensive over the phone and began to shout down the phone stating we have over 500 watches to repair and we'll never get them done talking to you".Im now at a stage where I will probably end up taking my watch from them and having to get a professional company to repair it costing me money.I never put reviews online so for me to do this shows just how bad the service is and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.It's the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever dealt with.PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM."

Got a belcher for my daughter from here, very friendly, reliable and let me pay it off over 3 months before collecting! :)
