My fear of public speaking is something that has alway got in my way at work. After my first session with Chris I knew that I was on the path to getting over this issue. Chris is a calm, honest and enlightening man. I felt at ease from the moment we met and since being helped to get over this fear I've also visited him to help me with other issues. I'm now 6 months on and speak monthly in front of at least 30 people with great ease... I've also not had a cigarette since starting my extra sessions with Chris. Money well spent and a friend made. Thank you x

I have recognised the power of my mental state before, during and after competition by harnessing the power of hypnosis and meditation. It has definitely had a positive effect on my performance. I just wished I'd come across it sooner in my career.

I have tried many different diet techniques in the past and have had little short term benefits but no long term fix. With Chris' weight loss program I lost 10lb in 5 weeks in a healthy and steady manner with little effort and lifestyle change. With a few simple techniques it was easier to maintain than anything before! He also provided some techniques for helping to increase my self confidence in relation to interviews which has recently helped me achieve my dream job! I would definitely recommend their professional and friendly service.
