Jubilee Pool

Clean environment, friendly and help staff. Nice warm water.New Jubilee Pool is brilliant. Good changing rooms.Pool has bubbles and under water lights. There are projectors and lights.Well worth a visit.

No booking system so you have to get there extra early to make sure you get a slot. There should be 10/15 mins between each class to allow those coming out of the pool to get dressed and the new session to get ready for the pool. It's chaos in the changing rooms at crossover made even worse that it's a mixed area and small. Having to get undressed in the corridor is not pleasant cos changing area full; and not having chairs to give those with health issues the ability to get dressed easily isn't good either. The floors are always wet so can be hazardous, especially to those with disabilities and elderly. I didn't feel comfortable at all there, it may be a nicer venue now it's moved, but it still doesn't feel like a nice, comfortable environment and I'm sure it won't be long til it's as bad as the old venue.

Wonderful facility that provides a soothing and relaxing warm pool environment with nice ambience of soft lighting and background music. However l and others are finding there is an issue with timings as the sessions run into one another, and because the disabled people in particular often taking longer to get changed there is an issue with the next group coming in and no changing rooms available. I was with the young disabled lady l support and a very rude lady with two able bodied sons thought it was acceptable to push in front of us in the queue, despite we were wet and already waiting to change. I explained the situation but the sense of entitlement was there because our session starts at 3 pm!!" Could this not be avoided by staggering the session times with a 15 minute interval with a clear priority given to disabled people who are in most need of this type of facility. The staff at the pool are really nice but to my mind it would be better if the changing rooms were monitored from the inside!"

Lovely new pool with great sensory for the babies. It's a shame there aren't more slots for parents with children as the class can get full quick.

Fantastic,hot pool and air temp. The disabled sessions are great for our 3 yo grandson who is autistic and non-verbal. We thought he'd never be able to be swimming but he no longer fears the water. Due to move in Mar 2023, we hope not a lot changes to these excellent and much needed facilities.

Fantastic staff and Excellent pool which is lovely and warm .Secure and very Clean facilities .

Went to the open swim, 2 adults 4 children lovely clean and has lots of floats & toys.Lights, jacuzzi like bubbling, disco balls, sensory lights, put blinds down to make dark for second half of the hour swim.Overall highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointed there’s no booking system, and then when I turned up there was no space. So won’t be returning as it’s a fair travel, so I’m a bit gutted as it was recommended!
