Went in last min for eyebrow wax and tinting. In all the times I have been over the years I have never experienced such attention to detail and personable service. Christiana I think her name was! Lovely lady great service. Will be back to see her only in the future! Thank you!

They burned my skin before holiday my whole body was burned because of the wax told me that it was not a burn and today I went to get my eyebrows done she burned me with hot wax now I have burned eyelids

I came to this saloon today and had my hair cut by Gistalina. She is an amazing person ,very professional, polite and well trained .She give my hair an amazing cut and the staff take care of my son while I was getting my hair cut.I high recommend this place to people to use.Amazing staff , good prices and very clean and tidy .

Complete rubbish , do not even dare to go for a hair cut , unprofessional and shameless staff , horrible horrible

It is not a salon that I recommend. They have problems with appointments. they put you on at a certain time and take you off for at least 30 minutes. I'm in a hurry, for example the last time I had Brazilian hair removal and under my arms. treats differently as if you didn't pay! I've been to this salon 3 times. It's not worth it !!!

I had my eye brows threaded with Vima today. Brilliant work, lovely person and value for money at £4.80. I didn’t have an appt and Vima very kindly accommodated me. Thank you.

I have used this salon for nearly 10 years now, for beaity treatments like threading, hair colouring, pedicures, manicures, facials etc always received excellent service, with welcoming & friendly staff they fit you in even without appointments get top quality service I am always happy with the results & feels like family when you are there would highly recommend this placeDipika Shah

The staff were very accommodating in getting me booked in for a last minute waxing appointment. A special thank you to Rima for making my feel comfortable within minutes and for doing a great job with the full body wax. I will definitely be coming back again!

I don’t even want to give the 1 star. Horrible service. They BURNT my skin with the wax. The burns left scars and are still there although it’s been 2 months. They rush through their clients. Don’t go there if you don’t want to burn yourself.

I went to this store for the first time for upper lip and chin waxing as well as eyebrow threading. I will commend the ladies on being speedy and efficient however the rest of the service was below average. When it came to the threading my skin was cut which I pointed out to the beautician she dismissed it saying there’s no cut. However when I pointed it out she said it would’ve been because I didn’t stretch my skin tight enough - this may be true but if that’s the case as other places I’ve been they’ve asked me to pull the skin tighter. I was then proceeded to be told that my eyebrows are too round and that too round eyebrows don’t look nice. I defended my poor brows and said I enjoy their shape. Later I was asked why I have dark patches on my neck I didn’t want to get into it and said “I don’t know” and then she decided to ask a follow up question and ask whether it was eczema to close this line of enquiry I just agreed. Next I was told I have many spots on my chin. After she had completed the waxing I was asked to check it and I noted there were several hairs still unwaxed which she kindly addressed. However, she was interpreted by phone calls (I understand there was no receptionist so the beauticians had to multitask) but she spoke whilst waxing and very much into my face. Given the current covid climate you can imagine my discomfort.I don’t believe this beautician was purposefully trying to be rude but it most definitely did not create a pleasant experience (I left feeling quite self conscious) .I think this can be resolved by the owner providing further training to their beauticians and having a receptionist during peak times so they can focus on providing an uninterrupted service.Additionally, if you’re going to have ‘chin to neck’ waxing on your price list and then charge for neck and chin separately which ends up being way more expensive what’s the point? I was told if you want full neck it’s extra. To avoid future confusion amend the wording to say ‘chin to half neck’ or something more understandable as to why customers can’t pay for the service they saw on the price list.I don’t plan on returning there and hope this feedback is taken on board.
