An amazing shop! I was so kindly greeted and Jill the owner was so informative with advice and helped me chose the perfect diet for my springer spainiel. Would 100% recommend to everyone plus even ordered some of my dog food when I had covid.

I honestly try to support local wherever possible but I just can't get behind this shop. I've had a few bad experiences there, firstly, the man that works there is always quite moody and rude. I've heard the woman gossiping about other customers with I suppose people who are her preferred customers/regulars? Their shop opening times are so hit or miss that despite google saying they were open they actually closed.

Fabulous shop on Burnham High St. Really well stocked with everything could possibly need for your pet and more! Owners are lovely and full of great advise too. Even found the perfect dog bed for dog which even the bigger pet store chain don't stock.
