Recently purchased a car from here at a very reasonable price. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The car came with an extended warranty which is nice. There was a small issue with the car, that turned out to be nothing of significance. The staff arranged for it to be investigated and sorted at no cost or hassle to me. Would recommend.

I found a beautiful Astra for sale here, I wasn't able to view personally but after a long, honest phone conversation with Daryl I expressed my desire to purchase and he immediately took it off sales, we agreed a delivery date (just so happened to be my birthday) the car arrived, clean and pretty much as seen in photos, there were a couple of things that needed sorting with the car, some I was already aware of and a couple that rocked up after a week or two of driving around, Daryl was more than happy to rectify any problems and we had it all sorted, Daryl has been helpful, honest, cheerful and friendly no matter how many times I'd contact him with questions etc, I feel I bought my car from a great dealer and would definitely recommend fort southwick cars to any buyer, I will definitely look to buy from Daryl and his team again. :)

Sadly you cant put a non star review..... funny that they will only use certain garages because they are as crooked as the family that run it. When asked for an independent garage they will refuse without reasonBut luckily trading standards are investigating due to selling a perfect family car" that is worth scrap due to dodgy mot's in the past"

I found Fort Southwick Cars easy to deal with and always polite and professional as all my dealings with them were all over the phone. Car delivered to my work place. A good service all round.

Only gave one star because there wasn't a lower rating. Drove 50 miles to view a car I had talked extensively about on the phone. On arrival find the car is a complete mess. Broken rear light. Dings on all corners , edges of doors - some covered in paint of the wrong colour. Drivers side sill and front valance showing rust. Both front seat covers split and tatty, interior dirty and marked. Car was supposed to be just serviced; oil on dipstick like tar, air filter black. Interior of engine compartment hadn't been touched in months if not years. And this in a 2015 car priced just under £8k. AA recommended? Bad joke

It was an absolute pleasure buying my car from Fort Southwick Cars. They're an incredibly helpful and friendly team. They were able to answer my queries, allowed me to test drive the vehicle at my leisure and the fact they're an AA dealer was a bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Excellent dealership would highly recommend. Recently purchased a car from them and was very easy and pleasant to deal with. After sales is just as good sorted a dead battery with a replacement with no hassle or problems. Will definitely be using again and have sent a few friend to them. A+++++
