I needed a dehumidifier to help with localised flooding, P M Coppack were brilliant and should me exactly where it should be positioned etc. I ended up buying one direct from them to combat anything like this happening again.

Id recommended anyone to avoid this company. There should be a zero star option.We had a air con wall unit installed with them, whilst it was being installed I told them I wanted it centre of the wall which I thought would be common sense. Half way through the day I noticed it wasnt centre so I mentioned this and the installation team told me they would move it. At the end of the day when they had finished it was still in the same place. They told me they couldnt move it as it was too late now as it had been ‘gassed’.I then contacted Mark Coppack the owner, told him it wasnt centre to the lights as id requested, he huffed and puffed and suggested me to move the lights to suit the off centre air con wall unit. So after a chat this was then booked it to be centred. Now I’m left with an unsightly hole that looks like it’s been filled by a 2yr old.After some time the unit now keeps tripping the electric so it is permanently switched off and un-useable. I contacted them over 5 weeks ago and still no sign of any date to fix the problem that is under warranty. They cannot give a date to fix it as they are and I quote ‘too busy’.
