Myself and my husband came here for a meal last night, to celebrate being married for a month. We were absolutely blown away by the atmosphere; staff and outstanding quality of food. We can't wait to come here again

Food was great but when I checked my credit card they'd charged me for the wrong table - more than twice my bill. They promised to refund and email a confirmation but I'm still waiting. Very disappointed.Update: after two days and several phone calls and emails, I have a refund of the incorrect payment they took. Thanks to General Manager Liam and Guest Excellence Executive Lucia for stepping in to help. My advice is to check the amount shown on the card reader before tapping your card, because it isn't easy to rectify a mistake afterwards.

Delicious food, it was very difficult to decide what to have. Service a bit slow and not overly friendly but they redeemed themselves by bringing our food out quickly. Lots of hard surfaces, so it gets very noisy which means atmosphere isn't great. But very nice decor.

We took our granddaughter and boyfriend from Australia to celebrate their engagement. We were treated royally, they gave the happy couple a lovely card and a bottle of fizz. The waiting staff were so friendly and we had a great night, with fabulous food

The first issue was the menu for the 2 course fixed price was missing, again. They only put the a la carte and Xmas menus on the table and you have to specifically ask for the fixed price menu, I presume this is to make you order a more expensive meal.The second problem was the front door was repeatedly left open, it was 4 degrees outside so a very cold draught where we were sitting. The staff never closed this until we managed to get their attention and ask. This doesn't feel like looking after the customer?The food was great, but avoid the seats opposite the door in the winter.

I took my family here for a treat brunch to celebrate my children's end of school year. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We were given our choice of seating location and plenty of time to ponder the menu options. It is not a cheap venue but the food is excellent and I think it is worth the money. The venue is clean and smartly laid out. There were no mask or social distancing requirements in operation. The menu is clear and we were asked as soon as we entered, if any of the group had any allergies or special dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Visited recently for a quick breakfast and was not disappointed.The service was wonderful - friendly seververs that took your order wirhout pen or paper - very good. The food was well presented and tasty, also.I would recommend it as a good stop while shopping with friends or a big group.

Opted for the 2 course menu but ended up having 3 courses as the food was so good. Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A very lovely and relaxed lunch experience. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic French themed restaurant chain. I have been to a number of these in different locations and always had a nice meal. They have a nice range of dishes to choose from, served up neatly with good portion sizes. This one was a little noisy with little decoration and a layout that allowed the noise to build. However I would very happily return.
