Bought tail ight for a Peugeot 307. Images from them were sent on Whsrsapp to confirm the part. Paid for the item then little communication. No reply to messages to confirm the part had been sent. Finally got a reply to a direct call to them. Told shipping would be confirmed only to then have an emsil saying item was no longer available. Refund sent but complete waste of time.

Don't touch them with a barge pole.They sent the wrong part then failed to send me a return label. I posted it but they hadn't received it ". I sent proof of post . Then told person dealing with it was on holiday. After numerous emails and complaints to Ist Choice I finally received my refund but only after several weeks."

Terrible service, was originally sent a faulty gearbox and they took 2 months to send another. I was without a car for 2 months and they repeatedly told me lies about the location of the gearbox. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service by this company. Used 1st choice first time and Scottyard was so helpful and accurate. Took 3 days to deliver the engine to my garage, and engine was well strapped and low miles. Definately recommend this company on this platform Thanks for your service.

I found this company really good, after an issue with ordering the wrong part Mandeep was 100% helpful in resolving the issue. I now have the correct part at no extra cost to me, it has been fitted to the car & working great :) customer service was good.

A customer purchased a gearbox from Scottyard, gearbox failed after 2 months, sent back for warranty and now being ghosted by the company, while the car has been stuck in my yard for 3 weeks! Stay clear!Edit: the reply to this review is in no way related to our complaint, we did get a gearbox under warranty for this company but took 2 months to honour! After many failed phone calls and promised delivery dates past. Absolutely unprofessional, do not use this company
