Sarum Vision

From the moment of my first enquiry I was made to feel welcome by the receptionist who not only provided me with an appointment within four days but a provisional date for my operation less than three weeks away!On the day of my consultation, once again I felt welcome and offered tea or coffee before a nurse did my eye examinations, and they were done simply with full explanation. Without any delay I then saw the consultant, who explained everything in detail without any sense of rush.The difference between this experience and my previous time at the hospital could not be greater. I recommend highly.

This has been simply incredible for me - I have the vision of my youth back again - perfect for reading, computers and driving. I really never dreamed this would be possible. The process was reassuring and straight-forward, and the actual operations very speedy and entirely pain free (I am bit of a wimp). The surgeons have great expertise and experience, and the equipment is state-of-the-art.

I recently attended Sarum Vision for a cyst of moll removal under the care of Mr Naeem Haq.From the initial consultation through to the removal procedure I found the staff care excellent and the environment to be relaxing, with any concerns or enquiries dealt with in a caring manner by all members of the team that I met.My special thanks go to Mr Haq for his skills and his reassuring manner which was superb; I could not have wished for better care.

I had cause to visit Sarum Vision last week, after tracking my original NHS surgeon down to this private clinic. I was beside myself with worry but after a call, answered by Katie, I was booked into an appointment that same day.On arrival, I was greeted by a hug from Katie who, having understood my heightened state of anxiety, portrayed the most compassionate yet professional 'first point of contact' for Sarum Vision. Her kindness that day will stay with me.I was offered a comfortable seat on the sofa and a drink, whilst I waited for my appointment time.I was met by Julie who (by pure co-incidence) I had met previously, and who had previously been a tower of strength to me. It's no surprise to me that she continues in her profession, albeit private.I eventually saw Mr Haq who, within minutes, was able to resolve my problem. I knew there was unlikely to be another person anywhere who would have had the knowledge and expertise (or willingness, due to not knowing my situation) to be able to resolve my issue.My experience with Sarum Vision was better than I could have imagined and I would highly recommend their services.Their prices are an affordable alternative to those, like myself, who need sooner treatment than you would usually wait for.Thank you so very much to the whole team. What is often seen as a minor inconvenience to some, can be a huge issue to others and you didn't judge me :)

Had Peripheral Iridotomy Laser (glaucoma prevention laser) at Sarum Vision after my optician diagnosed narrow angles. Professional consultation, in a welcoming environment, with easy to understand explanation of the procedure and benefits. Very pleased and reassured that the procedure had been successful when I had my six week review at the clinic.

High quality of care and expertise in treating eye problems including cataract surgery. Team is very professional and sympathetic. Surgeon takes time to explain all procedures and listens to the patient.
