First class service with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Face to face service can't be beaten. One hours travel to visit the shop was definitely worth it to purchase a new camera and lens

I went into this shop in late November 2022 to enquire about getting sharper images and a possible replacement for my existing camera. I found that the staff placed integrity above preying on ignorance and gave me some extremely helpful advice. They took time to carefully explain my options and left me with a distinct impression that this kind of service is what we miss when we shop on line. Absolutely top rate service and highly recommended.

ExcellentHonestly I wish I could give them 7 stars I am one of those people who like to buy in store than online , I think that was my best experience of buying something in general . What a customer service from choosing a product to the help you how to use it properly. I came to the store first time on 29th October and the gentleman I forgot to ask name helped me to choose the right product then I visited the store on 4th November to help me with Sony a7111 then this brilliant guy MAX helped me with demonstrating how to use to thanks a lot for such a professional help and guidance

I have been in the photography business over 30 years and popped in today as needed a camera body to match a new lens and the sales man was excellent - totally honest, correct advice. Did not try to sell me a more expensive item than I needed and genuine professional guidance to help buy the correct camera. Well recommended. This is why a retail store can be so much better than online purchases.

Very kind and lovely staff, who are willing to go the extra mile to answer queries.They have a 1hr film developing service which was £16 for 39 photos with the settings of my disposable camera.They also recommended that people can check out the vintage store which has a section for cameras.

These guys are brilliant,went in for advice on a new camera,and sold me what I needed,rather than the most expensive camera they could,and whe I collected it,they were helping a disabled guy,who ouldnt get his powered chair into the shop,so they went to him outside,outstanding service
