Good coffee helpful server BUT very little food, stale muffins and untidy toilets even though this Costa was extremely quiet at lunchtime. Disappointing, felt we should have gone to one of the other cafés in area

The staff were pleasant enough, behind the service counter was a complete mess. For example, half eaten cupcake in full view, coffee spills over the counter, sink full off dirty items, open boxes in plain sight. And then Staff complaining about having to do an impending deep clean. Start with the basics, clean as you go and you won't go wrong.

Coffee was nice, but the serving area was not as clean as it could have been. Not up to the usual Costa standard at all. Hand drier not working in toilet and no alternative available. Only highlight was the lovely cool air conditioning on a very warm day.

So yh, the service is fairly quick, but cleanliness.. not so much, I think maybe the barista was on alone which seems unfair. There were a lot of empty cups, trays etc strewn about most of the tables, behind the counter there were dirty mugs, jugs, half open bags of stuff, I for sure didn't sit in at this one. However, I'll underline, service was quick n pleasant.

Been here a few times now and not had a great experience. The syrups are always close to empty which means scraping from the bottle ending up with poor flavoured drinks. Will be going elsewhere in future

Do not go here avoid at all cost. My experience was bad with fool mouth customers doing tiktoks with staff plus dogs off lead roaming around. If a manager can contact me i will send the evidence if not I will contact the main office

Like every Costa I've ever been in the decor is drab and depressing feels tired and in need of updating, the staff make up for this they are bright and cheerful, the coffee is very good and the selection of snacks has something for everyone.

Hardly anyone there, and so I had to wait about 5 minutes by the counter for someone to come out of the kitchen to serve me. Good drinks, massively overpriced however.Update: On numerous occasions they've lacked ingredients - once they didn't have any tea bags, so couldn't offer tea... but there's a Spar right nextdoor, couldn't hey pop over there?!

Dropped in on one of the few decent days we've had lately. Only had coffee so not much to say other than it's what you expect at Costa. Their were plenty of free tables when we called in mid afternoon.
