I put my property on the market at a time when valuations were dropping and mortgage interest rates were on the rise.I'm pleased to say that Diana was really attentive and dedicated to selling my property, keeping me updated with progress and sufficiently managing my expectations. She did a great job at adjusting strategies and seeking to get the best price she could for me, whilst being realistic during a volatile time to sell.Similarly, Abbie did a great job in taking care of things once the sale had been agreed by working with the solicitors to make the exchange / completion happen. It was evident that this was a difficult process but Abbie was really tenacious in seeing things through. She was really responsive to my queries and kept me updated.I would highly recommend Caplen, as they were good value, responsive, provided good communication, personable, dedicated and ultimately enabled me to sell my house for a reasonable price during a difficult time to sell.

Please do not use this estate agents, they will do nothing to help you whilst you live in one of their properties, but as soon as its time to get your deposit back they will use all the problems they never dealt with to try keep your money. Scam business.
