Poor quality, poor management, avoid

Not sure where to start, so here we go we bought a brand new Sunseeker Supreme and took delivery of it on 26th August 2021, our dream holiday home complete with lovely large decked area to the front and sides, the happiness ends at this point on moving in we found a multitude of problems, saw cuts in the patio door frame that had been filed with brown frame sealant, damaged edge banding on the kitchen work surface, a hole in the kitchen cushion floor, leaking shower, water damage to the lounge wall boards, none of the internal doors closed properly, the main entrance door out of square with a a 10mm gap at the top that you could see light through as you can gather the list is long and there were many other snags, however the worst was yet to come on walking into the main bedroom ensuite you could clearly see that the floor was very un-level and dipped away to the rear corner of the van, in fact it dipped away by some 20mm over a 3 foot straight edge, as you can imagine this tarnished our excitement massively, all these faults were reported to the park manager/dealer and he advised us to reject the van under the sale of goods act, no apologies from sun seeker, no replacement van, it clearly states on the Sunseeker website that every van is passed of by a Director all I can say is they clearly need a visit to Specsavers, if I could give zero stars I would, be very wary of this companies quality and QC.
