Michael is absolutely gem of a person. Although I live in London and Michael is based in Northern Ireland, yet he helped us through video calls and WhatsApp messages that enabled us to install a straight stair lift all by ourselves. Michael provided the best advise and clear instructions throughout from the purchase of the lift until the installation stage. He provided us with all of this advise and help without charging us a penny. In the end when I asked Michael for his bank details so I could transfer some amount to him for his help, he refused to accept and asked to help someone else with that money. Thank you once again Michael !I will recommend Michael to everyone out there looking for a person with the knowledge, honesty and dedication.

We contacted Michael of Ritchie Hart when my father fell ill and rapidly needed a stairlift installed at home. Time was critical as Dad wanted to return home for the remainder of his life, which was predicted to be relatively short. Despite our stairs being unusually long, Michael came up with the perfect solution which was reasonably priced and he installed the stairlift within a few days. Michael was reliable, turned up on time and was helpful in explaining options. His rapid response meant that Dad was able to spend his last days at home, comfortably. Dad said it had been 'godsend'.
