The work carried out by the team @ Charter House Repairs exceeds my expectation . The team were professional, courteous, considerate and , above all, did what they said they were going to do …on time. Much appreciated and no hesitation recommending them.

Charter Property Repairs went above and beyond in all aspects of the work received. The repair work was substantial due to a severe leak and whether it be carpentry, decorating or electrical, the overall work was fulfilled to the highest quality.The work itself was often not straight forward and there were certainly hiccups along the way, but the tradesmen went above and beyond to accommodate and find solutions.It was also great to have a project manager who you could contact directly and discuss progress with, this really does help relieve some anxiety at an incredibly stressful time.I would highly recommend CPR to all.

My recent experience with Charter (Summer/Autumn 2021) was that they provided a good quality and responsive service. Liaison and communication between the Surveyor, Charter and myself was pretty good and everything went went to schedule once work commenced. Without exception all the trades involved were professional and friendly and extremely competent. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As the work on our property draws to a close I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your team for your assistance and professionalism in undertaking the required repairs. We have been really impressed with the attention to detail shown by all of your tradesmen, in particular Paul who did the kitchen tiling - he went to great lengths to ensure everything was perfect which was no easy feat given the state of the floor once the original tiles had been removed! We have also been pleasantly surprised at how quickly you have managed to get people to site; there has been very little delay and when you have said you will send someone we have often been surprised to find them there the very next day!It has been a tough few months getting everything back to how it was before the water leak but we are very grateful to you all for putting our house back together again!

Charter Property Repairs carried out the insurance work on our property due to a leak behind the shower meaning the shower room and my sons bedroom had to be stripped out back to the brickwork. All members of staff involved carried out the work to a high standard from stripping out to completion, they were always very professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

So pleased with this company. The office staff were polite & helpful The decorators, Graham, & Collin did a excellent job & were always considerate, then there was Gary who made sure they were on the ball. Thanks guys.

The 5 stars above are for Mark who came to tidy up the previous workman's bodge. Tiling in my mum's bathroom looks like a child did it! Mum cannot cope with having the bathroom ripped out again to have it done properly. Mark has tidied up the best he can, but it is never going to be perfect. Such a waste of money spent for a below average job. Mark was hardworking, professional and a genuinely nice chap. Such a shame he couldn't have done the job from the start.De-Anna Woolmer
