Shocking company, my internet went down on Tuesday, I work from home so I need the internet. They got virgin media to change the router which the estate agent then got two of their own staff to fit not virgin!! The routed hasn’t worked for the last 4 days and after me telling the estate agents many times get virgin media to come at the same time to fix the router (as the router is in another persons flat) they still don’t seem to grasp this fact and the router is still not working!! I pay for the internet in my rent and I have had to pay £50 more as I have had to use my personal hotspot and when I asked to get reimbursed on this, they said I would need to speak to virgin!!! When it’s home in Yorkshire’s fault!! Because I work in sales it is target driven, my work has gone down because of their atrocious actions!!!
