Good range of stock and staff are very knowledge and helpful. Especially Tracey who is always on hand in supporting to identify the best colour matches for balloons to clients branding. She has helped me plenty of times for which I am very grateful

Lots of choice and variety at the actual warehouse. Website is good too. But what let's it down massively are the staff. They are so rude. The woman who served me today, black hair and glasses, was so unprofessional and rude that I won't go back there to purchase any other items. I'd rather pay dearer somewhere else to get proper customer service. Disgusting customer service. Order online if you can. Avoid those bloody miserable and rude staff!

Love going to Greetings House as they have so much to choose from. Staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Tracey is a credit to the company - she always offers advice and help when I need it. The only thing missing is a little cafe area - that would be great to shop and then chill with a cup of coffee and a chat. Online orders are also sent out promptly. Thanks again to all the lovely staff at Greetings House.

Brilliant for any one planning a party or just wanting ideas for a gift. Excellent service..staff a soo helpful. Anything u need from a small pin to packs of balloons, banners, vases, disposal servers, cutlery and many more.
