I M provides the best sports massage I've ever experienced. Their deep understanding of the body helps them identify the root cause of issues, not just the inflamed area. Excellent first visit to Ilyas today.He knew instantly where my trouble areas were and took plenty of time explaining them to me and things I should be doing at home afterwards to help the treatment. Full of knowledge. My shoulders and lower back were in the most pain and he took his time and worked on it. I will definitely be making this a more regular treatment to help look after my body with the strains from my job.

Top experience, Ilyas is really knowledgeable, I have just finished my massage and cupping session and feel very light on my feet and my body feels nice and loose again with a lot of tension disappearing from the massage, will definitely book in another session as very reasonable prices also

Im massages; went for a deep tissue and cupping, was extremely impressed with the massage as i have been to a few place abroad aswell and have to say his is top tier, finding knots i didnt even know i had and the Cupping was clean and painless, overall best massage i have had it left me feeling revitalised. Thank you will definately be returning regualrly.

Amazing treatment. Had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Hijama cupping afterwards. Great service, for a great price and some food and water even thrown in. An absolute all around professional gentleman, with vast knowledge of the human body and a very funny guy. I’ve been awake since 4am feeling very drained and left during the evening time feeling awake, refreshed and very loose. Couldn’t recommend Ilyas enough. Thank you my bro. See you soon

Great service, lovely brother who is of top character and makes you feel comfortable and confident in his services. Highly recommend to all.Not only beneficial in terms of reducing pain and inflammation but very informative of what is happening within the muscles and what needs to be done firstly to rectify this and then to manage it and prevent it from happening again.Even my physio approved, after a couple of visits my physio assessed my issues and confirmed there was less stiffness and spasms in my muscles.
