Unless you're a member ... don't expect any special treatment ... winter golf rates at the weekend ... you pay for 18 holes whether the weather permits 18 to be open or not.Good comfortable bar and food

Lovely golf centre. Beautiful club house, nice and clean and great staff!

Family xmas lunch. Food ok. Service miserable. Some of the party only received zero roast potatoes not enough to go round. Mince pies served wirh no icing sugar. No serviettes, coffee not enough people catered for yet paid extra. Cleared tables with out asking if drinks where finished. Just awful

We had breakfast and considering we were the only two in there it was very disappointing. It was cold!! The mushroom was shriveled up, the sausage was overcooked. The only thing warm was the hash brown. To crown it all the coffee was luke warm. Waste of money!!!

Squeezed in 13 holes on a Friday evening before sunset for the very reasonable price of £18. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the clubhouse, very modern feel to everything - you can tell the place is well maintained and looked after.Course was in excellent condition, nice spacing between holes and plenty of mature trees give it a great woodland feel.Course map on the scorecard was much appreciated as well for somebody who’s never played BGC before - something that annoyingly isn’t always commonplace at other courses.Fairly short course at only 5724 yards off the yellow tees and par 68, but a tricky test nonetheless with plenty of dog legs, blind approaches and bunkers. Fairly hilly as well so a nice little workout when walking.

Very disappointed with our Christmas meal on Sunday. Sprouts were more than al dente , pigs in blankets and stuffing balls were still raw so inedible. Same for whole table. Did inform waitress.

Fantastic course, booked thought tee off times to save £10. Staff very friendly, course conditions very good considering the amount of rain we've had. Strongly recommended.

Came on a society visit and we were made most welcome, lovely facilities, excellent food and included 25 range balls to get warmed up in the driving range. The course whilst a par 68 it has some tricky holes and long par4's for seniors but was in excellent condition. Would recommend and we will be back.
