My big newfie looked amazing when Zoe had finished with her. Lovely people. Kind, gentle and real dog lovers. Id trust them everytime with my dog.

What a wonderful first experience of a cut and bath for our puppy. He came out super relaxed and looking amazing. We would highly recommend, lovely service and really great advice too.

Booked appointment over a week ago turned up this morning and nobody there called the number the owner answered saying who’s this I said I was here with my dog for her groom. She said isn’t she there she then hung up called me back saying she wasn’t answering her phone. She said she was in London and I thought it was the owner doing the groom as I originally booked my dog in with her. I waited nearly 3 weeks as the first time I called she was going on holiday so I said I would wait for her getting back so for no one to even be bothered to show up is disgusting and so un professional!!!! I would avoid this groomer at all costs. The whole set up is not welcoming

Had my dog groomed here the other day and they had done a fantastic job , he has been to other groomers before and they were no where near as good quality as here , I highly suggest the paw room as they are fantastic, will be returning and thank you for doing such an amazing job .

Wouldn’t take my Buddha anywhere else fantastic service home from home as Carolyn and Zoe adore the dogs see u both soon x
