We popped into Techout on our way to the beach at Croyde to buy a car phone holder. Unable to decide on the correct type we told Ryan that we normally could use Google Auto but it was not working. Amazingly Ryan walked with us back to our car parked about 75m away and helped us reconnect our phone to the car. Ryan went beyond the call of duty in leaving the shop to help us even when it meant we would not buy anything. Incredible service. Second to none.

What great service from Tec Out I just popped in on my way through the village to inquire if they could clean up the charging point and the speaker area, on my I Phone. They did it while I waited and charge me nothing. Thank you for the great five star service you a credit to the village.

Great customer service. Popped in today to see if they could clean out my old I phone charger port and was done in 5 minutes with no charge . Would highly recommend this phone shop . Everyone is super friendly and polite .

Brilliant service. I took my daughters smashed phone and her new phone to Techout as i ws unable to transfer any of the contacts, photos, etc. Two hours later the new phone was up to date and ready to go. Stress free and at an a excellent price. Thank you Owen.

My sons Ipad stopped charging , I took it into the Braunton Techout shop and left it with them overnight . I expected to pay £109 to fix the charging port but when I returned they said they’d taken it to their Barnstaple store and put it under a microscope and it was now working fine ! They didn’t even charge me for that ! Just handed it back fully working ! Honest and kind ! I’m genuinely really grateful and will definitely use them again for any phone or iPad issues . If I need to buy anything I will go to techout. Brilliant staff
