Benburb Priory

My stay at Benburb Priory Nov 03-05,2023. I was travelling single in Northern Ireland and found the location to be very convenient and central. My room was very spacious and comfortable with beautiful country landscape views. Full private bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable with a great warm duvet.The breakfast was plentiful, a cold European style breakfast. The ladies were very welcoming and helpful during my stay at the Priory. The grounds of the Priory create a serene setting complemented with walking trails which I didn't get to use this time but I will on my next visit.This would make a great stay for multiple couples, family or a Retreat.

priory itself is lovely the cafe is a disorganised mess the staff have no clue wererunning around like headless chickens

First visit to the newly opened coffee shop in the Priory I had beautiful scone and coffee next visit will be for lunch. Beautiful setting seating both indoors and outdoors.

It was a lovely outing & thoroughly enjoyed myself. Would definitely visit again. I just have one suggestion. If signage could be put up around the walk so one knows where the path takes you. We found ourselves either having to back track as it was a dead end or were reluctant to walk down a path as we didn't know where we would end up.

Beautiful setting and building, great coffee shop. Class room a bit small though - the bigger room would have been a lot better.

Lovely place to call into if you're in Benburb. The priory has nice cafe and lovely grounds that lead down to a beautiful river walk and Benburb castle.

The Priory is beautiful its the cafe that wasn't so niceActually it was such a let down I don't think I will be back. Prices are way too high for the standard of food & service that your getting. Not recommended at all

Love the Priory even travel up from Cavan to visit it. Lovely wee cafe there now. Well worth the trip to even just go for a stroll round the grounds
