Tots Play Baby Class Franchise

I have just launched Tots Play Tonbridge and Paddock Wood.I wanted to share a bit about my experience with Tots Play for those who are thinking... I could do that?The initial conversations and online meetings with Helen are informative. She asks thought provoking questions and sets realistic expectations so that you are clear on what the first year could look like. If you are wondering whether starting a Tots Play Franchise in your area could be for you, I would definitely recommend reaching out and having those initial conversations. She also ensures that there are opportunities for your partner to ask any questions they may have.Each stage between the initial conversation and signing the agreement is very clear. Straight away, I felt that I was being invited into a Tots Play community rather than going through every step feeling isolated. I also reached out to some franchisees closest to me and those who had also just started. Everyone was so kind and supportive.The online training provides you with the skills and knowledge needed before the practical training and beyond... the videos really support my planning and preparation for each session!The three days of the practical training really brings everything together and I left feeling confident to run a session. Helen is the critical friend that provides you with the confidence and knowledge needed for classes and seemed to know what was going through my mind through out the three days. Her passion and willingness for you to succeed shines though. I loved my three days there. You also get to know those starting the journey with you very well. The friendship and support network we have created together is just like those you make as a mother... someone who truly knows what you are going through.The team at HQ are efficient and have clear roles. I know who to turn to, when and how. They all wish for you to succeed and are there for you to reach out when needed. Hayley, responsible for supporting Franchisees through the launch and beyond has been a great mentor and advisor. She provides clear and concise feedback to put your best foot forward for your launch.The response I have had since my launch has been great and I'm really proud that I took this leap of faith. You really have to trust the process and all if the guidance you are given, maker sense as you move through the different stages.A conversation with Helen really could change your life and outlook. I feel empowered to keep my drive and ambition to provide a service for my community, without compromising my life as a mother. I feel that the balance is exactly what I needed.

I am about two weeks away from launching my Tots Play Franchise in Sale, Greater Manchester. Previously I owned a The Little Gym Franchise in America for 10 years, and I worked as a Franchise Consultant for a large Franchising Organization here in the UK for 18 months. So I have a lot of Franchising experience, and I have been super impressed with the quality of training and support offered to me from Tots Play HQ since I began the process. Helen and her team are knowledgable, approachable, and have created an amazing program and community. I am proud (and happy) to be a part of Tots Play.

I love working for Tots Play. It’s made me enthusiastic and passionate about work again.I love the fact that I can be there for the children for the school runs because I make my own decisions with my time management.I love getting creative, making new friends and working towards my own personal goals. I’m a mom to a 4yr old (starting school) & a 6 month old baby. The thought of not being able to do the school run & only seeing my children for an hour or two each morning & evening when we were all rushing & grumpy really upset me. But the thought of not working also bothered me. I wanted a job that worked around my family - not the other way round. Having attended Tots Play classes with both of my children I already knew how much we LOVED the classes so I decided to look into the franchise. Tots Play definitely seemed to tick all the boxes. I was so nervous when I had my first chat with Helen, but she instantly made me feel relaxed. She really cares about empowering women to be the best mothers they can be & successful business women. I felt no pressure to join Tots Play & Helen ensured I looked at all of the pros & cons (not that there were many) to make sure I was making the right choice. Following our phone call I attended the open day which was incredible - so enjoyable and informative. I knew that Tots Play was for me. Helen has created an outstanding franchise & an equally outstanding baby & toddler program. After joining Tots Play I was welcomed into the family (it really feels like one) with open arms. I’ve received so much support & advice from Helen, Amy & the other franchisees & have been guided every step of the way in setting up my business. The practical training made me feel confident in delivery classes & running my business. I’m launching my classes in just a weeks time & I am so excited & confident, which is down to the support, training & advice I’ve received. It’s so lovely to feel passionate about my work. I love what I do & I’m so grateful to Helen for everything.

Where do I start? I am celebrating 1 year of exchanging contracts where I officially became a franchisee this week. It was one of the scariest things I've ever considered. But knowing we had turned every stone possible with Helen n the kead up to that day I knew it wasn't a decision I had rushed into. We had considerd everythin; was this was right for me, could I and my family afford to support myself during this first year of establishing myself and everything inbetween. And so one year on I know it was the best decision I ever made. I feel like I have joined a family in Tots Play. The support every step of the way from Helen and Amy and from every other franchisee is second to none. I could not do this with out them all. My work life balance is so much better. I am there for my children and family, I am happy, I smile and laugh every day, and I love my job!!
