Never answered phone calls over a few days. Didn't return messages left. Havn't responded to email requesting for call back.Unreliable so won't be using.

Disappointed.....We were told the delivery of our kitchen tops and splashbacks would be in 4 - 5 weeks, our order was close to £2000....But unfortunately we didnt receive them until after 13 weeks and that was after a lot of chasing....when they were finally delivered, the tops were lovely and fitted perfectly....the splashbacks, however, were lovely also, we had eight bits cut but two of them had been cut too short and four had stickers on that we just could not get off and spend ages and money to get the dam things off....yes we could complain but, it's only 3 weeks until Christmas and I know it wouldn't be sorted by then....all I wanted was a perfect kitchen for Christmas....Ipswich Plastics were highly recommended to us, unfortunately after our nightmare experience, I will be telling friends and family to STAY CLEAR.

Useless place. The staff are clueless about what worktops they can sell or not sell. No clue on pricing. Total waste of time. What has happened to this place!??

Rubbish services un helpful, didn't answer phone and wen I drove 45mi to get there the trade couter staff were useless

Not so hot. Rang for a product and got told they had something I could use, drove down and then got told they didn't. Shame about my wasted trip. Also a shame they didn't seem interested in contacting the sales department as they were the ones I dealt with over the phone.They did point me in the direction of someone else who could help so that was a saving.

Lots of O and Rs that you would hear it from a salesman with a high price to follow.... went to B&Q in the end ... didn't fill me with confidence but was friendly enough.

Could not believe how uninterested the chap that answered the phone was, bordering on rude! What is going on with this place?! No idea about helpful customer service! Avoid!
