Been using WorkPal for around a year now and they have been nothing short of professional and extremely helpful. WorkPal takes our day to day issues and finds ways to solve it through their Works System. Would recommend them highly and have passed them on to many of my colleagues in my industry.

We have been using WorkPal for a number of years now and it has transformed our business. Our workflow process is seamless, we can provide professional reports at the touch of a button and we can invoice work much faster. We have utilised the workpal software to help manage and grow our business over the past year. We initially adopted WorkPal for snow clearing & gritting as we found using paper copies was very time consuming both on the operation side of things and for billing. WorkPal allowed us to set up jobs based on a different criteria that varies from day to day and made things a lot more efficient.We have since decided to use the same system for the grounds maintenance aspect of the business, which has made things a lot more streamlined and easier to schedule & assign to crews. The added report that's sent to the client upon completion of the job is a great addition as it lets them see immediately what's been done on site. It does take a little bit of getting used to but having the on site training from Ian really helped to show us how the system works and they've always been quick to respond either by phone or via email with any queries we've had.Using WorkPal has significantly changed the way our business operates and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make the move from paper to digital.
