I wish I had had a dentist like this all my life. So happy I found them. The reception staff are lovely and friendly and welcoming. The dentist has been so patient and has a lovely calming manner. After being terrified of dentists since a very young age I can honestly say I’m no longer afraid to go. Thank you for everything you do.

Personally one of the best dental experiences i think I've ever had.And I seriously have had a few.Both the hygienist and the dentist put me very much at ease.They listened earnestly and patiently whilst I needed to voice concerns about my teeth.And during the procedure understood I was concerned about my sensitive gag reflex.I left with new found knowledge how to look after my teeth and really cared for.Thank you

One of my front teeth broke in half vertically. I fully expected that I would lose the tooth. However when I got into the chair and Dr Sharon Khaliq had had a look, she immediately said she could save the tooth with a filling. It now looks much better than before, and the line between the filling and the residual tooth is virtually invisible. I am very grateful for her skill. .

I don't like dentists..no offence..however getting an appointment was really easy. Natalie put me at great ease and looked after me every step of the way. Gave me a treatment plan. Can't comment about price...obviously was not NHS prices..but was expected.

The staff are all friendly and professional. The dentists are kind, caring and gentle, and always help me to feel at ease, as I am a pretty nervous patient. I have never had a bad experience and highly recommend them.

Chipped a tooth on holiday. Was able to be seen within the week when I came home.Sharon is amazing every time and I wouldn’t see anyone else!Reception staff helpful and friendly.Sadly prices are higher than would like but service was good!

Every member of staff was truly amazing. It was the first trip to the dentist for my 1 and 3 year olds and right from the receptionist to the dental nurse to the dentist everyone was warm and welcoming and made my nervous big girl excited for her next appointment. Been going to this dentist my whole life. While they are great at getting you in for last-minute appointments, they've really let me down.I have been having problems with my wisdom teeth for FIVE YEARS. Consistent infections, pain and discomfort. Every time I have gone in for a check up I have asked to have them extracted. But they just give me band-aid solutions like antibiotics and pain killers, and tell me to come in for another checkup, without ever addressing the root cause. I understand there are protocols, but five years is just too long to wait for a solution.During my most recent visit, I once again asked about removing my wisdom tooth, only to be told they lacked the necessary x-ray equipment. They promised to refer me to an x-ray specialist but never followed through, even after me chasing them for almost two months.To make matters worse, I called last week, clearly upset and frustrated, and was promised a callback that never came. It's not the first time they've ghosted me.What disappoints me the most is that I feel they prioritize frequent checkup appointments (££) over addressing the root cause of my issues. I find it strange because wisdom teeth complications & removals are very common especially amongst my age group (late 20s) - so I don't understand why they have been so reluctant to give me basic healthcare.This experience has forced me to seek private dentistry. I have spent so much time and money going there for checkups to still be in the same position 5 years later, I'd rather pay extra for someone to tell me what's going on and give me a solution than being messed about by Ashby Fields.

Chipped a piece of enamel off a molar tooth. Natalie Hart was lovely and quickly sorted the problem with a filler. She was very kind and reassuring throughout the process and considerate of my disability.

Just visited AFDC for the first time today with my baby. The dentist, Sharon, really put me at ease and nothing was too much trouble, even with a baby! As someone who is very nervous about coming to the dentist, I now feel much more confident. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
