Customer service is subpar, worse even. Arrogant and dismissive behaviour was quite hurtful to say the least.

Thank you for the great service provided when I needed 100 funeral booklets printing very quickly.The advice and quickness to reply you offered when other printing businesses were either shut (saturday) or slow to get back to me meant that ColourBox were the best choice and I was very happy with the end result and presentation price and customer service. I would definitely recommend this business.

I have given it a 1 star as I had too, our family have always used colour box, from party invites to flyers etc, I was coming here for my wedding invites, however my mum used these recently and I was disgusted at the way she was spoken too by a member of staff (name I won't put). I spoke to this lady on my mum's behalf to be met with a tirad of abuse and all I asked was can I come and collect her order, this is not the only printers in the area therefore would think to keep their customers especially locals ones who have always returnedm they would speak to them in a professional way and with respect. The lady then rang my mum and told her her order was cancelled. I am very aware of consumer law due to my sister working in that time of field and I also logged this issue on the day the lady sookevto us in this way with the citizens advice consumer department so we can seek further advice if any other issues should araise. I would recommend the owner do some much needed customer service training with the lady in question and be part of the ADR scheme if he isn't already. One further thing to add, my mum was told she had to pay in full for her order, which she did do, however she still hasn't received her refund she was told would be refunded to her, this happened 22/8/18 and she is still waiting on her refund

Great service, due to unfortunate timing I needed a poster printed out quickly and they helped me get it in time! Would highly recommend and would use again.
