Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been too they can’t even answer the phone and every timeI’ve been waiting for my medication they look at the phone and do nothing I can’t imagine why an elderly person having to walk down because they’re to lazy to answer the phone especially the big blonde women with the black glasses she should be ashamed of herself disgusting

Helpful and friendly, prices are ok and a convenient location.Edit - since news of the closure/merginging of Saintbridge surgery the Pharmacy have confirmed they are remaining and will continue to serve from their existing shop!

The phone rings and rings then they cut you off ..if they haven't got enough staff able to cope then get some. I'm gonna find a different chemist this ones a joke. And they charge to deliver.

Always very polite, helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they also always seem like such a happy bunch of people even when they are facing a huge queue and people complaining. Currently my favourite pharmacy. I've stayed with them even after I've moved from the area
