The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My only criticism would be that it is difficult to get a timely appointment and contact lenses and new glasses seem to take a long time to arrive......yet another constraint of covid.

Just had the loveliest experience visiting Vision Express on Sadler Gate. The team there are just so kind and thoughtful at the same time as being incredibly professional. I thought I'd be dreading getting glasses but I actually left feeling like I'd bought a lovely garment or piece of jewellery. In particular Andrea was a star at helping me pick a frame I probably wouldn't even have looked at and was so patient. Also have to mention Stephen who did my eye test and was also great. The whole team helped me pick the best frames in the end. So chuffed! Thanks from a very happy customer.

No issues with the actual eye test, but after service was poor. Frames are so expensive compared to online retailers and had no interest in offering an improved price on a pair of £199 frames despite thousands having been spent over previous years of custom. Wouldn’t even do a PD measurement as I was not purchasing frames direct. Really dissatisfied and will find a new opticians moving forward.

Good service from polite, efficient staff, but surprised and disappointed that price for reusing my own, perfectly good frames was much higher than buying complete new glasses!Logically price should have been much lower!

Very friendly service. Efficient and not pushy Knowledgeable team explaining my eye sight issues very clearly. Good range of options. I also take my daughter here and thoroughly recommend them. I’ve found their after sales service to be equally as excellent.

I have done eye test with other providers and I felt VisionExpress took their time and did a thorough check on my eyes. Customer service is superb and glasses quite affordable when compared to other retailers. No complaints from me and highly recommended.

Always a great service especially with my boys that have ASD and terrible anxiety. Today the optician was amazing with my 13 year old, talked him through everything he was doing, gave him time to process etc.
