From order to delivery I was kept up to date when my dress was going to arrive, it arrived within the specific timesThe dress fitted perfectly, padding so you didn't need to wear a bra, the bottom of the dress was also lined making it feel alot dearer than what I paid.I have never used this company before but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a ballgown dress

I’m unable to find where to leave a review for the Bedford branch so I will leave it here instead. The clothing is nice and some of the staff is good, however I have been in a few times and one of the staff members is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. On one occasion I went in and one of the members of staff was sat at the back on a video call, leaving the other staff member to assist all the customers. Another time I saw a member of staff vaping in the store, and as if that wasn’t bad enough he didn’t even do it at the back it was right in amongst the clothing! Completely unprofessional and I will not be returning!

Very caring and good customer liason in my nearest shop to where I lived. Sale prices are great and clothes are of good quality, love this shop so very much. Would most certainly recommend it to everyone

This is the first time that I have ordered from Krisp and it was an excellent experience from ordering online to a timed delivery. The 2 evening cardigans were perfect.

Just spent an hour to drive here and was expecting to be able to browse clothes in a shop- the location is a business warehouse next to a car wash and a few garages and if you look at their photos you will see the location! So disappointed. Lots of creepy people down there and seemed like a horror movie location- called 5 times and no answer, please don’t waste your time coming here, complete scam of an area!!!

Lovely members of staff at the Bedford store, lovely lady named Naima who's very friendly and helpful. The clothes are such nice quality, so perfect! I would highly recommend popping in to have a browse.
