Ward End Dental Practice

Ngl, was scared of going to any dentist after one messed up a root canal but Had a completely different experience in ward end. Friendly staff, no wait time and pretty much on point treatment. Dr Afrin is a true professional. Highly recommended!

The wait to be seen is an hour plus. The reception staff have no common sense they will not inform you that there is a wait so you can decide. You’ve already waited an hour and then it’s too much time invested to rebook. On top of it the dentist did not even ask if I was breastfeeding or not and was preparing an amalgam filling for me. Incompetency at its finest.

Wow! Great job done on my four children by the wonderful staff members of Ward End Dental Practice. We were attended to at the very time of our appointment. My son had a lot of deposits on his lower teeth which has caked overtime and has become a source of worry to us as parents. All thanks to the staff who attended him, everything was cleaned out and his teeth is now very clean. Thank you Ward End Dental Practice for the great job done!

My dentist was Dr. Yung Hsin Yang, I’ve had 3 appointments and she’s been very thorough and considerate every time. She did a fantastic job with my composite fillings and made sure that I was comfortable. The reception staff and dental nurses are also very polite.

Overall treatment and maintenance conditions good. But they charged me 80£ for urgent care appointment, while they have clearly posted on the information board that urgent care charges 25.80.

First time I've ever left a review but I had to find some way of thanking Dr Junaid for his genuine care and skill. I'd had previous dental treatment which was very poorly carried out and left me in serious need. Dr Junaid is an incredible caring and conscientious professional who I cant recommend highly enough.

Worst dentists I have ever seen, despite the wait every single time you come here and the awful dentists that they have here, my last appointment topped me over the edge. My son had an appointment at 16:40, they called us at 3 saying we need to reschedule your appointment to 16:00 as the dentist needs to leave early. We arrive at 15:45, told them we have an appointment at 16:00, yes fine take a seat, they call him in at 16:40!! Asked the dentist why the appointment was changed and they said they hadn't asked reception to make any call!!Can't make this up.

Subpar treatment, downhill treatment. They extended the place but hired some low grade dentists to meet the demand.Dentist told me it's not good to remove plaque which has been removed in the previous 30 appointments I've had and anymore cleaning would mean I should pay more. She was more interested in selling me the band 2 treatment than cleaning my teeth to the normal.basic level.Been going there for 15 years and it's just gotten worse and will consider moving. Would highly not recommend. Poor service. Long waits.Your voice will go unheard because they have the demand and won't hurt them to lose a patient.

Amazing service from the ward end staff, receptionists were lovely, the nurses are excellent there, made me feel at ease thank you to everyone there, I’ve been terrified of the dentist but ward end is something different! They definitely know how to keep patients happy! The manager anjam was so lovely and understanding, answered any questions I had regarding my dental treatment. Thank you all.

Im not really one for writing reviews but earlier this year i rang Ward End Dental practice as an emergency as i did,nt have a dentist at the time.I was in agony with a split wisdom tooth..the receptionist told me to come down & i was seen very quickly.The dentist & hygienist were professional & friendly in removing the difficult wisdom tooth...Because of the excellent service i registered myself as a patient & use this practice now...i had another large decayed tooth  removed yesterday 05/10/2023 which i knew myself could prove to be a difficult extraction my dentist Dr.Meng & the dental hygienist were friendly & highly professional in extracting the tooth.when i got home & anaesthetic wore off i had no pain or headache at all.THANK YOU
