I recently used DWS for a job in London for one of our largest and most important clients. The service was fast, communication was excellent, and we were given a quote on the spot at the (free) site survey which we went ahead with and was completed that afternoon.Would thoroughly recommend :-)

I recently hired the team at DWS to carry out a TV wall-mounting request. What I liked about their services were they turned up on time, the did exactly what they said they were going to do and, once the TV install was completed, tidied everything up and left my home 'spotless'. I would certainly recommend their services locally.

Digital World Solutions have recently just installed our home cinema system at our property. They arrived on time and gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were on there way to us. They were polite, friendly and extremely patient with me when showing me and my husband how to use the new equipment.I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

Great service. Sent an online enquiry on the website on Sunday following a recommendation. Got a call from Louis first thing on Monday morning and he was at our property within the hour. Great advice and helped us with our AV issues there and then. Will be recommending Louis and the team to friends and family and will be using them going forward! Thanks again!

DWS installed our TV on a wall stand and re-routed my Virgin Media cable for me. Very happy with the service. They advised what they needed from our electrician when they quoted, and the same engineer arrived on time for the installation, did everything as planned, for the quoted price and tidied up afterwards.

The work was completed quickly and with very little fuss or mess, both engineers were friendly, polite and made sure we were happy with everything, there was a small issue with our broadband after the guys had left but after speaking to Louis they were back the following morning and everything was sorted out. Excellent service and after sales service, highly recommended

I would recommend Digital World Solutions very highly. Their engineer was friendly, smart and very helpful. I received a half hour warning call when he was on his way to my property, he fixed the issues we had been experiencing for months with our television within the hour. I was then able to make a card payment to their office over the phone, and received my receipt by email the same day. Thankful for the simple, easy service from yourselves. Will recommend to friends and family.

DWS Ltd visited my property and conducted a full scope of my audio and visual needs. Once the scope was complete and we agreed implementation plan, we discussed price and I was given options to suit around my budget. The costs discussed were very clear and I had complete confidence in the information being given to me, they really seem to know their stuff! To my surprise the actual work was started there and then and completed on the same day! and the engineers went above and beyond what my expectation was. I recommend DWS for any audio/visual needs you may have, I am sure they will surprise you too!

Extremely happy with the service from the engineers as well as the office staff, if you have any questions for either department they will help you every time, there is no attitude or rudeness just excellent customer service, which is rare these days.They are all polite and professional, i do not have one bad word to say about them, they arrived on time, got the job done, and new exactly what the problem was with my Smart TV and they got it sorted.A job well done, and i will continue to use them again, highly recommended.

My experience in using Digital World Solutions has been outstanding: From booking the appointment in a very helpful office through to the execution/completion of what was admittedly a very difficult installation by an experienced & qualified engineer. Other companies, who carried out the original works for me, left a failing system which was in desperate need of rectifying. I would highly recommend them for any of your audio visual needs!
