The Hidden River team were beyond amazing from booking to the day of!Honestly, the venue speaks for itself - it’s really is stunning and our guests loved it. The photos don’t even do it justice.The organisation and communication was great, Laura was fantastic on the day and really couldn’t do enough for us.The food was UNREAL - guests were complementing it throughout the night and said that the gravy & the cheesecake were to die for (it was!)The on-site accommodation and restaurant are stunning, we had a meal the evening before with the wedding party and it was a huge plus. The rooms in the cabins are amazing and the hot tubs really help you chill before the big day!We would 10/10 recommend Hidden River for a wedding - we had the best time and the staff were amazing. GET THEM BOOKED!

Gorgeous wedding venue, unexpectedly great weather was a massive bonus. On the downside, no draught beer and the bottled beer was massively overpriced

If you're looking for a stunning wedding venue this is it! This place has incredible backdrop for your wedding photographs. Staff is friendly and helpful. On top of that, food is just gorgeous.It was such a pleasure to work with Rachel and her team! Thank you for having us.

I had the pleasure of shooting this beautiful Hidden River Barn wedding on the perfect summer day. The venue is absolutely stunning, I love all the dark and woody vibes inside. The staff were amazing nothing was a problem at all. Can't wait to be back next. Photos by Hemera Visuals.

Our wedding day went perfectly and the young staff worked hard. However we did feel communication during the planning was lacking and could be improved. We were disappointed to find changes in the menu on the website a month after our free tasting, and additional accommodation we were not made aware of being opened and available to members of the public to book the day before our wedding, despite us having the majority of the site booked for exclusivity. We were alerted to the menu and accommodation changes by family looking on the website rather than hidden river staff communicating this to us. The planning process was stressful and this was not helped and resulted in tears. Despite this the day went incredibly well but the planning could have been better and more enjoyable.

I attended my sister in law wedding a couple of weeks ago. Was a lovely venue with nice views and surroundings.Ewan, Allister and Poppy the team deserve a big shout out I would like to thank them for going that extra mile.I would have given 5* but the door was propped open with a fire extinguisher which is a no no.Plus outside could do with the potholes filling as it does become water logged.All in all a nice weekend was had, thank you xx

Attended a family wedding at this place. The accommodation can't be faulted. Very comfortable beds. All bedrooms en-suite. The whole house well fitted out with everything you need. The event barn houses everything under one roof, so the weather didn't spoil the atmosphere. Beautiful log Cabins, beautifully furnished. Small bar/restaurant at the reception area for those not wanting to self cater. The food was excellent. The venue is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

We got married here in July and it was everything we expected and more. From the day we booked the wedding communication between ourselves and the wedding planners was great.We spent 3 days at the stunning venue and it was perfect from start to finish. The wedding day itself was nice and chilled (how we wanted) and Gillian was fantastic ensuring we didn’t have to worry about a thing. If anyone is considering to have a wedding here I would highly recommend it.

We got married in this amazing location. Gillian our wedding planner and Tom the chef were excellent and did the venue proud. Our guests still talk about our day and food!!
