First food I’d consumed after my op and the burger and fries did not disappoint - great quality, even if a little pricy. Ollie and his team were also helpful and attentive, and the Oreo milkshake was an absolute dream!

I’ve dined here lots of times, always fantastic . Today, Shaz was absolutely amazing, along with the rest of snacks team. It was absolutely sensational. Seamless, quick order, literally 2 minutes. The burgers were delicious. Better than any kfc, mcdonald’s, burger king. Scrumptious, brilliant customer service

I ordered a £50 meal via Uber eats and the delivery driver was cancelled twice. The food arrived 80 minutes later and 60 minutes after it was ready. Disgusting. I couldn’t accept cold and old food but the restaurant and Uber eats were happy to take my money for nothing. I’ve complained to uber eats but they refuse to understand the problem. They refuse to refund and this now amounts to theft. Avoid Uber eats and avoid this restaurant.

Really good burgers at a reasonable price. They seem to have struck a good balance of price and taste. Similar to 5 guys but without the price, the fries were good enough but nothing distinct about them like the other chains which is not necessarily a bad thing. The wings were full flavoured and the shakes refreshing.Couple if things to bear in mind the seating is very limited and the Turkey burger is not turkey. Not sure why they call it that.

As burgers go, these guys do a pretty good job. We went quite late on a Wednesday evening, and were greeted with a smile. The seating is quite cosy and limited. We ordered the Bacon Double Smack Down meal with standard Fries. The burgers were cooked to perfection and tasted sublime! If you have Smacks Hamburgers, eat in rather than using food delivery apps . Will definitely re-visit.

Went in with my son, we had a smack down meal and criss cross fries! Absolutely deliciousThe chocolate milkshake was really tasty as was the Oreo smack flurry!Great service from Rafi and Ollie..was welcomed with a smile.100% recommend!Makes a massive difference when the staff are happy and friendly

A moment ago, my Mom and I ordered two double cheeseburgers with a small portion of fries. Meat old and smelly. We just bit into it and gave it back. I hope we don't get sick from this. We do not recommend at all.
