Clean room, Friendly happy staff and a good breakfast. What more do you want from a budget hotel, Perfect.

3 day stay in my home town for a family celebration. The room was clean and comfy. Valentina was especially lovely and a real credit to the company

Arrived in the room and instantly could see dust and dirt on much of the room. The TV inputs on the wall stood out very dusty. The bathroom was very dated and was not very clean. The skirting board was rotting and falling away and it was cramped. The room was a lot smaller than other Premier Inns I have stayed in but overall it did the job for a night stay. Breakfast was greeted by polite and friendly staff, directed to sit at a table (not lead there) and told it was dirty but will be cleaned shortly. There was one other occupied table. The waitress then went to empty tables and began cleaning them. She got distracted and did some other tasks and eventually another waitress took over, but then she also went and did other things. The restaurant was still just us and another table. I could see our food was about to be brought over and the table was still dirty with a lot of crumbs and no cutlery so I went to the other tables and collected the cleaning cloth and cutlery and serviced the table myself. Husband wanted beans over everything and it arrived as he asked. Unfortunately they had done the same to mine which I don’t like. I would really hate to see how they cope with a full restaurant!

Overnight stop following a family occasion. Good room and facilities. However, sparce supplies of tea and coffee. You need to ask if you require extras.

Let down for a prem inn :( first the room was really grubby and not cleaned, dust on all areas, falling apart on skirting boards, generally worn down. Breakfast was a mess, the staff showed us a table which was not even cleaned and only one set of knifes and forks, so waited as they were cleaning the tables but just left us out and started helping others, so ended up having to grab the cleaner and cloth to wipe table ourselfs and get out own knife and fork from another table. Our meals had the beans all over the other food on the plate (while my I asked for this my wife did not) which she does not like, it was odd thou as they asked what she wanted first and then asked me, but guess as i asked for it like this my wife would want the same. Staff seemed like they maybe were new, making silly mistakes with many other guests too, walking around saying did you have your with this or that and no knowing which table ordered what. Overall sorry to say our worst location out of dozens we use.

We had an enjoyable one night stay to attend Jools Holland and his rhythm and blues band at the Hexagon and left after a nice breakfast!

This is a budget hotel in Reading. Although the rooms are much larger for the same price you will find in London, this premier inn branch is one of the worst I have come across yet.Small uncomfortable bathrooms, poor lighting, hastily put together rooms and no air conditioning. We came here for royal ascot and its only 24 min away. Therefore good location if you are coming from afar and trying to save a bucks

Came here for breakfast with some guests who were staying. They had a great visit, and the breakfast was delicious with succulent mushrooms and good quality sausages and bacon. Overall an EGGcellent experience, smashing service. Especially Valentina who was very accommodating and friendly.

Was ideal for celebration I was attending. Breakfast on both days was excellent. Service was really good and was very apologetic when the lift broke. It was mended over the weekend which was brilliant. Thankyou
