Paul at Wood Street Joinery created a beautiful bespoke front door for us, just as we wanted it. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and he was a lovely man to deal with - honest, friendly and clearly passionate about his work. Would highly recommend.

We are so pleased with our completely bespoke and beautiful new front door. Paul was a pleasure to work with and advised on all stages of the design process. We now have a completely secure and insulated door (our old one was rattly and breezy), complete with a hand-gilded number in the transom glazing. He replicated a Warner style door and painted it the exact colour we wanted so it has a modern twist. He installed it in less than a day, coming back to do some finishing touches the next day. The level of attention to detail and professionalism was exceptional. The only thing I would say is to be prepared to wait for a well-made door - you can't compare it to anything pre-made or off-the-shelf.

Our traditional wooden door had begun to stick to the point where opening and closing it was becoming very difficult. Paul has worked his magic and fixed it for us and it now opens and closes beautifully. He called ahead to arrange an assessment of the door problem and on the date of the fix called to let us know when he was due to arrive. He was polite, took great care and wasn't going to finish the job until he was absolutely certain it was perfect!

Paul is a man of his word and does a really good job. I got him to glue up some reclaimed benches to make a kitchen counter. Good job but I accidentally overpaid him. He was straight on the phone insisting I come back to collect my money. 10/10
