Had 2 so called heating engineers out to my non working boiler. Both diagnostic were different. So after more research it turned out to be failure of a PCB board and display card. Got in touch with HBS (Mr Singh) who had both parts, one was done while I waited. Travelled over an hour to HBS, so glad I did, where others will fail you HBS won’t. I asked a few questions about my predicament and he had all the right answers. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable considering these are boiler parts. 5 star service all round.

Had exactly the refurbished part needed for my venerable boiler. Very knowledgeable too. Paid a deposit which was refunded the next day when I returned the broken part. Excellent service, if anything else breaks I'll be coming back, thank you.
