This company use a third party claim handling firm in Manchester who will do anything not to pay you out. My veichles had the sides ripped open by theifs and the contents stolen. I was advised to get the repairs done locally as to get the fleet back on the road. I have provided invoices with breakdown of repairs and photographic images plus the police report and they say it's not enough. This was 18 months ago and they send a email every 6 weeks just stringing me along. AJG are a good company I was with them 10 years however this Manchester claims firm, well if I could give no stars I would. Great at taking my 14k a year though!!
