Absolutely shocking service, items missed off over 4 services, brake fluid, cabin filter,general items and vehicle check not being done. Do not respond, not interested. Currently forced to go to ombudsman. Full B service consisted of oil and filter change ??? Premium prices poor throughout ! Avoid

Took my van in for a recall by merc. The girl who served me was professional and friendly, AS u was waiting for the job to he done, she showed me to the tv lounge with free tea and coffee.

Booked my van in for loss of power issue at Ciceley Bolton. Very helpful friendly staff (Eric) when I checked in and they kept me well informed on progress. Fixed my van and I was pleasantly surprised by my bill. Highly recommended dealer

I took my van in for a recall which was booked in 3 weeks ago at 7.30 am only to be told if I wanted to wait with the van that I would have to come back at 10.30.When i questioned what difference it made I was told that there was no technician in to work on the van .I was then told I could bring it back on the 28thTo which I refused and asked could I not bring it back the same day at 2pm which was agreed.They then had the cheek to ring me at 1.55 to ask where I was (stuck in traffic)as they were waiting for me.Very poor communication between themselves.
