Amanda is a wonderful teacher. She is very knowledgeable and she adapts her lessons for me as I have mobility problems. I feel relaxed and calm at the end of every class.

I have attended serenity yoga classes on numerous occasions. It is such a beautiful studio with a relaxing atmosphere. The yoga teacher is welcoming, friendly and adapt’s her classes to suit everybody’s needs and abilities. Highly recommend.

Amanda is vary knowledgable yoga teacher. She is able to adopt her classes for any needs x the room is very relaxing x highly recommend serenity yoga x

Just finished an hour of Nidra yoga at Serenity Yoga with Amanda. Sooo relaxing, very calming, lovely studio and feel as though I am walking on cloud 9. Looking forward to the next session.Thank you Amanda
