Lloyd Bodyshop, Carlisle

Very poor show!They promised me a courtesy car, so I planed my weekend around having that car, and paid for insurance on it. Because I was very busy at work, and could not get their garage to pick it up in a time that suited them, (by the weekend, three days after my car went in) they gave it away. They couldn't even be bothered to call me to let me know they might have to give it away. They left a voice mail on my fathers phone, why my fathers I don't know, telling him they had given it away. Not that they would have to give it away if I didn't come to collect it soon, just that it was gone.You might expect a company the size of Lloyds would be able to arrange another car for me, but no. All they could do was give me the managers phone number, who would not be in until Monday, for me to log a complaint.Shockingly bad show. The women I spoke to couldn't care less the trouble they had caused me. I just got stock responses off her, I was just doing what my manager told me"

Took our VW Tiguan in for a slightly scuffed alloy. Excellent service from Lee Nelson, David Magri and Becca on the front desk. Definitely recommend. Thanks again.Liam J

Our car has been in twice now, first following a collision and second when scratched. Both jobs have been of high quality and all my friends have commented on what a lovely repair, that couldn't tell had been done. The reception staff lovely and Russell who looked after me, frank, honest and took care of the job keeping me updated. On collecting the car it was like new from a showroom, as sparkling inside as out. Would happily recommend and even happier my Jaguar estate looks stunning again.

Really unhelpful on the front desk, couldn't book me in even though they were recommended by another garage. Told they were not taking on more work. Also told me they couldn't recommend anyone. I think they couldn't be bothered doing a small job. A trip to a customer service refresher course for the front desk staff would be of benefit here I think.

As you can see from the photograph the replaced drivers door and respray is absolutely perfect, there was no paintwork blend performed on the drivers side front wing indicating how perfect of a colour match can be achieved when using an approved body shop using genuine BMW parts and paint.Unfortunately there were a few mishaps along the way leading to some stress and upset for myself.Honestly I believe I probably was the unlucky one in an otherwise very few and far between incidence of complications.Overall, despite the stress, the factory quality" end result was achieved.I would hope a car of mine would never require the services of a body shop again

Think I've never had so positive experience before. Very friendly staff, extremely professional and kind. When collected my Seat Leon it was clean and shiny. If I'll have do some bodywork in the futere I'll visit Lloyd Bodyshop again without hesitation. Definitely I can recommend. Good job, thank you kindly.

Fantastic service quoted 4 days and it took 4 days Great communication and the job was very hight standard would definitely use again but hopefully not needed lol
