PDS Aerial and AV Systems

Didn’t do the job requested/initially quoted for (despite coming round and checking the property etc first).No explanation given as to why the job wasn’t done until I questioned the invoice and noticed the same aerial/no improvement of service.Waste of time and money.Had to find another company to finish the job.

Superb service and pricing. I noticed my coaxial cable running from my TV antenna had water inside it so decide to replace the cable and antenna as both were extremely old. Having called a number of places and been given ridiculous quotes or timescales I finally called PDS who gave excellent advice, reasonably priced and more importantly worked around my work schedule. Where most companies stop working at 5pm Peter kindly offered to come after I finished work.On the day Peter done a great job. He did not rush the job one bit and took care as if he was working on his own house. Very rare to find people like him. I have a bit of knowledge on AV equipment so when I saw the cables and components Peter was using I was reassured I wasn't getting anything cheap.Highly recommend these guys for any AV requirement. Will definitely use them again.

Fixed our problem in minutes, and very reasonable charge as a consequence of it only taking minutes. Very happy with the service.

Pete the owner is genuine and honest. Will tell you how it is and will not leave the job until you are completely happy. Have been dealing with him for over twenty years.

Avoid this company at all costs ! Terrible attitude with very poor knowledge in their field.They will quote for what you require and then start adding more and more to your bill !Peter the company owner is rude and aggressive and deals with his customers in an extremely unprofessional manner, go else where !!!!!
