We were looking for carpet for few days and we come to this carpet right in staines upon Thames and meet Shani. Very lovely lady with lovely smile. Help us with carpet and measurement and easy and understanding and make our experience outstanding. Highly recommend everyone to go there and meet Shani. And big thank you.But unfortunately after such a good experience we were disappointed when the carpets arrive as she took the measurement wrong and it make us very upset and backward all our plan. First she said she can’t offer us a refund but order replacement and it will take 2 weeks maxi then after talking with head office and they explain if they problem cause by members of staff then they can give us full refund. At least we took full refund. But delay everything for us. And very disappointed

We recently had our living room flooring and stairs carpet replaced. We had visited many different showrooms and local sellers as well for a quote. Of all the places we visited carpetright was definitely the most professional and we are happy that we chose them. Right from start to finish everything was seamless. We just visited the store in a hurry on a Saturday as we had to rush back soon to pickup our kid back from his stage school. The sales staff (Simriti) completely understood our situation and shower us around many different options and talked them through in detail very precisely. We had so many questions throughout and she answered them all patiently. She was not at all trying to upsell anything and just replied genuinely to all our questions. We initially got a quote for LVT for living room, surveyor came in just after 2 days and completely checked our existing floor, measured it and gave us a very precise. The surveyor (Richard) was again great, he communicated when he would be exactly coming in to our house on phone and also promptly dropped a message when he was running a few mins late (again very professional). We then changed our decision to go for a laminate instead of LVT which they did immediately after calling them. Even though the laminate was much cheaper than the LVT we had chosen they did not even try to upsell anything (I like that a lot about this company). A store that is committed to honour the customer’s decision. Finally, the fitter (Dean) was great as well, called us the previous afternoon and told us he will be come to our house at 8 and again promptly messaged us when he was running late by a few mins. He moved around all the furnitures that you see in the pictures with very little help from me and immediately started with his work of removing the old carpet. We were getting the kids ready in the morning and he very patiently worked around us. He was very kind, polite and professional and kid enjoyed having a little chat with him. He carried out the rest of the work diligently and completed everything well within the estimated time given to us initially. We were very very satisfied with the work and the quality shows on the pictures. Now we have got a wonderful laminate in the living room and so I no longer have to worry about kids running into the house with middy feet or crocs. The emperor carpet on the stairs just feels like walking on the cloud and I think it comes with a 10 or 12 year stain free warranty. The fitting comes with a year or so warranty and carpetright takes up the responsibility for it and I have no doubt that the post sales process will also be absolutely professional. If and when we decide to go for changing the carpet in our other rooms we’d definitely be going to carpetright! You cannot go wrong with carpetright and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work the entire team of carpetright!
