We have bought a lovely,fresh fish.The sourdough bread is delicious.The shop is very clean and well organised.Only outside wasn't as clean as inside.

I couldn't afford to shop here regularly but it's become a habit to pop in with a friend after we've had a coffee and catch up, to wander around the store. The produce is excellent, the size of some of the onions, leeks and other produce is brilliant.

Nearly 9am no tills open only small till by door with 4 waiting yet 3 staff chatting by self service till I'm sure this could be reconfigured although young man despite being mega busy on only till staffed was lovely

How do you support local brewers? Not a single Welsh beer available today let alone anything local. Shelves full of mass produced beers. Tesco can do it - why can’t you?

Picked up my three piece silk outfit, which cost around six hundred pounds, from their customer service desk. Dry cleaned by Johnson’s…..now has several grease(?) spots on it and one area of one piece has wavy lines where the colour has gone. Would advise anyone with a silk outfit not to have it dry cleaned here.

The fish bar here is excellent: wonderfully fresh produce and a good selection too - all of which is afforded with invariably polite and efficient service; a joy to shop here.

Very busy, at this time to be expected but shop was still quite well stocked. I only wanted two items so was not there long. Only staff I interacted with were friendly despite the pressure they are under at this time of year.

A secret of garden plant supply here in Cowbridge. All plants well looked after and at good prices. The shop is also well stocked and staff well trained.

usual waitrose experience, bear in mind that this is a comparatively small store so choice is slightly affected, however, Cowbridge is a pleasure and this is part if that experience.
