Brilliant service, extremely responsive right from first enquiry, professional and very friendly and felt reassured from the off. On the day of the move they were fantastic, took alot of the stress out of it all with their friendly nature and were just brilliant! Would recommend without hesitation and would definitely use again.

Leon and his team were absolutely fantastic, during our recent home move. They were friendly, patient, reliable and great value for money. Would highly recommend anyone to use for their home move.

Used this company 12 months ago and they were really good unfortunately they have merged with another company and when they moved me this time they were worse than bad. Had to have my belongings stored with them for 2weeks in what I was led to believe was a secure place. This was not the case my belongings were mixed up with other people's and when they delivered mine out of storage I had other people's property and a load of mine was missing. I am still waiting for my missing items 3weeks later and still have someone other people's.property in my house. Rang them emailed them got fobbed off and eventually gave up. As you can imagine I withheld payment they damaged loads of my property a 52 TV for oneand my boxes had been opened and they were wet. See photo's. Do not use this company."

No stars really! Reading other reviews it seems this company has deteriorated in the last year. The vans were late both days of our move from the Midlands to Surrey and the team was understaffed each time by at least a couple of men so we had to do a lot of the packing and unpacking ourselves. Many pictures had not been wrapped but surprisingly there was little damage. On departure day we had to borrow jump leads from a neighbour to get one of the vans going! The guys themselves were pleasant but that is not enough. Do not use this company!

Karl and his team were friendly, hard working and professional.Communication was great in the build up to moving day.Arrived on time, made us all feel comfortable during what is a very daunting day.They made the whole moving house process so much easier, less stressful and organised.Can't thank you all enough!

Very efficient removals team! Joe and Karl carefully moved all items with good pace, and arrived at the destination in good time. Polite and professional customer service as well.Would highly recommend their service.

I wanted to tick no stars.Do not use Make Your Move, we booked them prior to their change of management. They should have informed us of the change giving us the option of booking with someone else, oh!! how I wish I had. The problems started when I needed to confirm the moving date, I needed it in an email, took several requests for that. Then getting the packing supplies that I had paid for, took several phone calls with excuses of them being in the warehouse, finally getting them a few days before our move. Came the day!!!! they showed up at 11.30, after several phone calls to them, I was fobbed off with problems with their vans, they sure did have problems with their vans, they didn't have any.At 11.30 two guys turned up in an old van and started to load up, they had been pulled off another job (god only knows what happened to the other job) an hour later another small van turned up with two young lads in, they too had been pulled off another job. One of these lads had an injured arm so could only use one arm (you couldn't make this up). By which time our buyers had turned up to move in, they were waiting outside. Another hour went by when another small van turned up with 2 more young lads, inexperienced lads only working for a daily rate filling in, again they had been pulled off another job. They couldn't have cared less about our furniture and belongings , we were promised carpet coverings, mattress covers. None of this materialised, infarct I witnessed one of the young lads kicking my mattress down the stairs because it was large and wedged. Tall bedroom sets of drawers which had been secured to the wall were ripped out of the wall leaving damaged plaster behind. One lad was about to wheel a wheel barrow through the house when it had been raining outside. The carpets were badly marked both ends of the move. The nightmare of a day continued the other end, when we were moving into our new home, things were thrown into the garage, dumped in any which way, we found our furniture buried under boxes, consequently I can truthfully say all our furniture was damaged in someway, scratched and broken. Lots of our large plastic storage boxes were broken too. A dreadful day all round, I have never felt so stressed, our buyers delivery company had to leave and store their vans and return the following day, for which we received a bill, via our solicitors. This bill was the responsibility of Make Your Move, as they were at fault for not moving us in time, but of cause they do not want to reply to endless emails from us or our solicitors. I'm so glad we didn't pay MYM, even though they were on the phone prompt at 9.03am the next day demanding payment.We are now faced with a bill that is not ours and repair bills for our furniture. We have never received such appalling service. My advice to anyone reading this review is never, ever employ this company to move you. They are unreliable and employ inexperienced young lads who show no respect for your property.

Avoid this company at all costs! We had a moving date in early July and to secure the slot for moving was asked to pay up front with the understanding that I would be fully refunded if the sale of our house broke down. Guess what it did. I subsequently attempted to get my money refunded. Their contact numbers no longer work and they don't respond to my emails. They are crooks! Avoid at all costs
