Worse pizza I’ve had in my life !! Do not order from here !

Waited 1 half hour for my food, the pizza is soft and soggy not baked through enough and kebab is over cooked and chips are coldVery unsatisfied with my mealThe excuse is they have been very busy (Qulity is down because quantity over quality seems to be the case)

I used to love this place and I’ve never had any issues before, I was working and my boss decided to order us some food I place the order and food came quickly me and my coworkers all obviously tried the pizza but instantly something was off, chicken Kiev tasted fishy and the bbq chicken had dry chicken and a fizzy bbq sauce?!??. Asked for a refund and the lady on the phone was very accommodating however waited almost three hours for a driver to come out (I understand it gets busy but cmon) I had to call 3 times to get the driver sent out. Driver came and he at first was very nice and understanding, took the food back and gave refund as easy as that, he then came back 5 mins later saying the manager couldn’t accept it as some of the food had been eaten, of course I understood and we agreed to give some money back but not fully. I called the manager only to receive the worst service ever. Although I was kicking off towards the middle of our phone call he was constantly swearing at me and being so rude. The driver was understanding when we gave him the £10 back for our £30 order yet turn of events happened and it got to the point where he threatened to burn the place I work at down and that he has mates who can do that for him. It’s such a shame that tonight has ruin this place for me and the blonde lady who works there has always been so lovely and still continues to be however the manager and that driver have shocked me completely. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want life threats and potential food poisoning.

Absolutely banging, I ordered a nan-bab wrap and wow prepare to be in a food coma for a while!

1st time ordering Friday night... wish I'd checked the reviews first... delivery was great..pretty speedy but the food was absolutely vile...we got 2 different meals and the whole lot went in the bin... chicken on the pizza tasted fishy and my husbands kebab meat had a funny taste as well.... didnt complain cause I don't like confrontation we just won't ever go back there

Kabab meat was cold chips lovely salad needs to be abit more picked and pitta needs to be fresher

Ordered from here tonight and the pizzas are awful they dont leave them in long enough pizza bases are dead sloppy and dry basically all raw the toppings

We always order from here regular. The wraps are usually ok apart from lately they would rather put more chips in than the meat. Our pizza tonight was terrible. Soggy base and not a lot of topping. My kids were very disappointed after a game of football. I think I'll stick with hetton delight. Sorry but they've went down hill. A lot!

Tonight's delivery is terrible one of the pizza sauce dips is fizzy and definitely not fresh, it's off. If i eat it I'll more than likely get food poisoning. The free cheese garlic bread hasn't got any cheese and is so dry it's inedible. The cheesy chips are great. The margarita is OK but a bit dry. My husbands bolognaise cheesy chips and bolognaise pizza are OK.The food came late and it was barely warm.The other problem is that I was served by a new member of staff. She took the order and when I asked for the free cheese garlic bread she said is an 8 OK? I said politely that we usually get a 10" one. She was then rude to me and said I'm new I don't know! I asked if she could check for me and she snapped
