Amazing!! Took a dress into them last night that was badly altered by a nearby tailors. The bottom of the dress was cut terribly from the previous place, Thimbles has done a fantastic job in fixing it and not taking too much extra length off it.They have been so quick as well, it was taken to them at about 10 to 5 last night and was done by this morning. Very reasonable prices too!Will be back for any future alterations, very pleased!!

Horrible customer service. I work till 5PM arrived at 5:15PM as Google states open till 5:30PM. I knock on the door and ask the lady you are open till 5:30, she says no and shuts the shutter right across my face.If you do not want to deal with customers say politely that you cannot take on anymore at the moment even though you are technically open. This is rude behaviour and I wouldn't give this place even one star because of this.I work in the public sector and deal with people everyday and no matter what I have going on personally I would never treat a customer like this.Hope the staff member that behaved this way rectifies her behavior.I will not be coming here again.

Fantastic service at a very fair price! I brought in multiple garments for alteration and was very pleased with the outcome each time. It is a shame that the opening times have been curtailed as I can't make it time due to my work schedule :(
