Excellent customer service. Despite my purchase being only two non asbestos roofing slates, the member of staff that served me was pleasant and helpful. I have used Sydenhams before, and on those occasions the service was also first class.The attitude of some builders merchants towards those that are not part of the trade can, at times, be patronising and downright rude. It was a pleasure to be treated as a valued customer.

A good builders merchant in Frome. Staff very helpful and have a timber cutting service on site. Fellow I ran into who very efficiently cut plywood for me and helped me load it into the car. Also have a kitchen design service (very nice people) that supplies Macintosh kitchens. Would recommend.
