What a gem, we only discovered Athena Olives this week when visiting Gloucester for a business meeting, we only wish we had discovered this sooner.All we can say is we’ll make an effort to buy some whenever we go into Gloucester from now on - quite simply the best olives we have ever had anywhere and that includes Cyprus!Also try some of the mini desserts for yet another great tasting experience.

Highest recommendation is for the spice and olive stall. Huge variety/mix of spices.Fabulous traditional indoor market. Xxxx

Lovely place to visit a very friendly atmosphere good variety of stalls my favourite place to go is the meat man very good quality meat and I always go back for more also a lovely place to buy sweets and has a really cool fish mongers lovely place to visit a really good place is the store where you can buy cool lighters and flavoured rizla also there's lots to choose from would recommend to anyone I always enjoy my trips to Eastgate Market

It's an indoor market, with a limited amount of stalls. Worth a look, you might find something of interest. Can recommend the Tailors and the butchers.

The market cafeAn amazing little cafe specialising in breakfast and other British quisine.I went for a big breakfast and for £5.95 it couldn't be faulted for 2 eggs, 2 Bacon, 2 sausages, 2 tomatoes, 2 slices of fried bread and two lovely slices of black pudding.The staff are all really friendly and will instruct you to sign in to there covid system and will then take your order. I requested mustard as well and they were more than happy to provide.I'll be honest. I wasn't expecting to get this much for the price but they really hit the nail on the head.Great food, Great price, Great quality,I'm sure you could say that's the market cafe's promise!
